Ask Experts About Virtual Advisor

Richard asks…
does a virtual screening hearing for Social Security Disability benefits mean I have a good chance of approval?
I received a letter from Social Security Administration stating I will have a virtual screening with a Senior Attorney Adviser to review my case for Disability. Is this a good sign that I am probably going to be approved without going before a Judge ?
I have a Social Security Attorney and we have been denied. This new development came after our appeal.

Sometimes you may be denied three times and may take up to two or three years to get approved.I have had some people to say they got it approved quickly.
